Discover the pleasures of Italian hospitality right here in Dallas with Il Pastaio di Eataly. From Antipasti to the fabulous take La Pasta Fresca. Tuti with some great Italian music . We tried their Malloreddus alla Campidanese that is house-made makloreddus, safran infused pasta dish- real yummy . This was a poor'man dish but not anymore. Sausages and safran reign supreme in this dish! Our server Brendon M recommended a Langhe Nebiolo that was well balanced and fantastico! A real Commandatore de la voro. Brendon M knows his wine list very well! Ivan the AGM recommended the Tiramisu and Mama Mia it was absolutely divine. This will be on my Last Super Wish's List! Eataly does not disappoints. It is a real treat! Grazie Mille!!!

We had a great time shopping around here and got food at Pizza alla Palla. The egg plant parm sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. We also got the Caesar salad which was fantastic as well as the soppressata pizza which was great. I will for sure come back for the egg plant parm sandwich and to try many of the other restaurants and counters in Eataly.

Aaron was great at the pizza cooking class! he was very informative and super helpful throughout the experience 10/10 super fun!

Chef Liam's cooking class was amazing! Gnocchi and dessert was another level! We learned so much

I took one of cooking classes & oh my gosh - I cannot recommend it enough! I did a charcuterie building class at Eataly and it was amazing! During the class, they walk you through the food items & explain their history & what they pair well with. They also serve wine through the class & pair it with the charcuterie board items. The chef & assistant were so friendly & made the atmosphere very uplifting. The amount of food they give you is well with the price too. I walked out with 5 blocks of high-quality cheese, crackers, nuts, and fruit - a full charcuterie board (not to mention the 4 glasses of wine I had during the class)! For $70, I thought it was a steal! I ended up buying the wine they paired the food with too. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend! I cannot wait for my next class!

Liam and Andrea were both great! The food you get to make is also wonderful. Would definitely come back!

We did the Risotto all Tartuffo cooking class! Totally worth it, Andrea and Liam were amazing walking us through! Mini Charcuterie board, wine refills all the time, and amazing sourdough bread with the main course! We made it perfectly due to the great instructions. If you normally just come here for Terra or the Pasta shop, def give this a try!

Andrea and Chef Liam were absolutely great and so knowledgeable in all aspects of Italian cuisine. I highly recommend taking their classes.

Pasta class with Chef Liam and Andreas. Best. pasta. Class. Ever! I've taken A bunch and this was by far the absolute best! I'm so full.... Going home with fresh pasta to cook. I'm overall addicted. I'll be back for all the classes. They were so accommodating. Service was interactive. The ambiance was incredible, especially for a cooking class! Very great learning experience! Lots of Italian history. Wine was great too! Just the best experience!
